Description:
The animation Emphasis->Transparency does not allow to set a duration directly,
but it is possible to define one in the animation's options window.  See the
video attached.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the presentation attached
2. Add the animation Emphasis->Transparency to the image.
3. Click on the options of the animation (the wrench button)
4. Got to the tab "Timing" and change the duration
5. The duration is now changeable (but it doesn't do anything)

Actual Results:
You can set a duration through the options window.

Expected Results:
It shouldn't not be possible to change the duration in the animation "options"
window.
