Description:
Exporting to pdf does not include footers. This feature is available when you
export a Google doc to epub, would make life better if available in LO export
to epub.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Writer document with footers.
2.Export to epub format.

Actual Results:
Exported epub does not retain / include footers.

Expected Results:
Expect footers to be retained and in their proper place in epub created when
exporting from LO.
