Summary: Writer: Navigation dialog shows only one level of
headers, though 10 levels selected to view
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.1.0.1 rc
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED

          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: opensuse.lietuviu.kalba at gmail.com

Description:
Navigation dialog allows to quickly jump between sections of document. But
LibreOffice 6.1.0rc1 refuses to show multiple levels of headers. This is
regression compared to LibreOffice 6.0 versions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Writer 6.1.0rc1
2. Press F5 to open Navigation dialog
3. Create several headers with with different levels (e.g. from 1 to 3)
4. Make sure that Navigation dialog is configured to show more than one level
of headers

Actual Results:
Only headers of first level are shown (i.e. "Header 1" („Antraštė 1“) style).

Expected Results:
Multiple levels of headers are shown.

Reproducible: Always
