PS:

perhaps two flavors of Writer could be available then ...
one for writing.. one for office businesses :)

I understand, Heiko, that you got a lot of positive feedback from users after
introducing Styles...

but numbers can sometimes be misleading...
some type of users make a small group.. thousands only... while another types
might be in the 100 000s...
so, if that type is affected, you'll get more positive fb than when another
type... so, I think it is not the number that matters but the intuitive
usability of the application...

If I could, I would turn it off, because I got used to manage styles in the old
way.. which is PRETTY INTUITIVE, including a WYSIWYG display of the style!!!
BUT Styles do make sense in terms of writing anyway :) :) NO DOUBT :)

AN ALTERNATIVE perhaps:

how about using colors to group menus? or no grouping.. sorry..
just to give a color individually to menu titles?

than people could articulate the visual appearance of the BIG menu..
to make the use of Writer (even) more intuitive ...

OR / AND:
using separators could be a great thing, too..
that would be grouping, that is: a great help :)

I still hope that the quick overviewing of a menu (of 11) can be made easier in
some way...

thanks for Writer!
