Description:
The image size is slightly larger when pasting an image from Draw to
Calc/Writer

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Copy the image & paste it into Calc/Draw
3. Notice the different size compared to the source (for example in a side by
side view)

Actual Results:  
The image sizes differs between the LibO applications

Expected Results:
More consistent behavior
