Example ods with custom Spacing to Contents properties set

LibreOffice Calc loses the value of the custom Spacing to Contents Border
property when the spreadsheet is saved as XLSX.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Spreadsheet
2. Add some content to a cell (any random word or number will do)
3. Click on Format – Cells
4. Click on the „Borders” tab
5. Set a new value for the Spacing to Contents (eg. 5 mm)
6. Click on OK
7. Save the file as XLSX
8. Reload the file by clicking on File – Reload

Actual results:
The value of the Spacing to Contents property is reset to 0,35 mm

Expected results:
The custom value of the Spacing to Contents property should be preserved
