I confirm.
The windows is small.
You can't edit size when you're entering text.
You have to enter persistent mode.
May be a lack of feature

Help says : "To change the object properties of a comment, for example the
background color, choose Show Comment as above, then right-click the comment
(do not double-click the text)."
