Description:
UI not updating to windows theme
Change the windows to high contrast black. Load up Libre office writer/calc
etc. and the main drop down menu (File, edit, View  etc) has white background
and white text. Menus work but you can't see the text.  when you click on the
pulldown menu position then the you can see the text. The menu bar and menu
options should pick up the windows theme colours but currently doesn't.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.change windows theme from default theme to high contrast black
2.load any libre office application
3.menu ribbon doesn't show drop down text titles

Actual Results:
see above

Expected Results:
menu ribbon should follow windows theme


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
