--- Comment #5 from Chris <cdq2read at yahoo.com> ---
This problem started for me yesterday on an existing install, after a power
button forced shutdown (from a machine freeze which I have periodically likely
due to dell/intel driver issue ... i.e. unrelated to LibreOffice). I'd had
calc open at the time, with a general view persona.

6.0.1 Win10. Customized High contrast theme.

Upon reboot, persona was lost, menu bar invisible until selecting - same as
reported problem.

Because of hard restart, I thought maybe LO corrupted, so I uninstalled and
tried LO 6.0.6 and 6.1.1, and even back to 5.2.7 still same issue.

I thought strange that I cannot use an older LO version that I used to use
(with persona) and could see the menu. Win update history shows last change
13Sept2018. Dell update last change 21Sept2018, and rebooted automatically. I
may not have rebooted since then. Tried Open GL on and off. No difference. I
initially tried to reinstall a theme, but themes not loading - found those
reports. I'm considering trying 6.1.2 or creating an In-House persona to see if
would fix/workaround.

Hope this helps. Thanks. Chris
