Can you please check if the issue exists if you disable:

Menu Tools/Options.../LibreOffice Calc/Calculate
 CPU threading settings
 [ ] Enable multi-threaded calculation


i can only reproduce 'Err:522' with *enabled* multi-threaded calculation.
