Footnotes in figure captions look like a duplicate of Bug 48534.
As for Table of Figures:
you may choose to display References (Figure 1: Fruits.
http://www.wikipedia.org (last retrieved on 10-05-2019). Author: None),
Category and Number (Figure1), Caption Text (Fruits. http://www.wikipedia.org
(last retrieved on 10-05-2019). Author: None). 
But you may not separate text you entered now.
