I just downloaded the current daily AppImage

(LibreOfficeDev-6.4.0.0.alpha1_2019-11-01-x86_64.AppImage),

and the bug is almost identical.

Remember, when at the end of characters on page 48, and pressing <enter> three
times, I said the text in page 48's third column jumped up, then down, then the
cursor went to somewhere about 1/2 way down in the next page's 3rd column.

Now, when first clicking below/beyond the text in the third column, the text in
the column jumps down. Then, (for the three <enter>s) it jumps up, jumps up
and then goes to the same place on the next page. (The second <enter> results
in a jump up, not down).

(Also, on the third <enter>, the third-column text "judders", as if it would
like to jump up again, but the top row is already at the top of the column, and
therefore cannot go anywhere.)

[If this description is causing too much confusion, I could try to Simple
Screen Recorder a video showing it, but I am not sure how large a file I can
upload here...
Let me know...]
