Still a problem with 6.2.7.1

Locale: nb-NO (en_NO.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US

Still a temporary solution (for a few minutes) is:
Tools -> Update -> Update All 

I don't have a simple document to share that is not work related, but the

shows what is eating up CPU cycles.

Anyone looking into this or any other way I can provide more useful information
(apart from the screenshot and the temporary solution, which should help in
figuring out where the problem lies)?
