REOPENED: As per this build the options to show icons (Icons in menus: show &
Shortcuts in context menus: Show) does not make changes with GTK3 back end. If
the decision was to keep application follows desktop environment please
consider to give user a freedom to choose, otherwise remove this options at
all.
