            Bug ID: 128349
Summary: Suggestion: Easy way to hide the menu (like you hide
                    the bars)
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.3.2.2 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: perherngren at gmail.com

I am using LibreOffice for administration but Word 2003 for writing my novels.
Why? For my writing I need a distraction free windows without the menu on the
top.

Suggestions:
1. Easy way to hide the menu.
2. And an easy way to put the menu on the side of the Writer window (like in
Word 2003). Something like what you can do with the bars in LibreOffice, put
them on the top or on the side.
3. Easy way to hide the text "LibreOffice" and the document name above the
menu.

You can do all this in fullscreen mode, but I don't think you can do it in
window mode.
