Description:
In a document containing non-breaking spaces, if the item 'Non-breaking spaces'
is checked in the LibreOffice Writer > Formatting Aids options, contrary to
other items in this option page, the non-breaking spaces marks are always
displayed, even if the Formatting Marks option is turned off.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit a document containing non-breaking spaces (AltGr+Shift+Space)
2. In 'Tools > Options... > LibreOffice Writer > Formatting Aids' check the
item 'Non-breaking spaces'
3. In the document, toggle on and off the Formatting Marks ('View > Formatting
Marks')

Actual Results:
Non-breaking spaces marks are always displayed.

Expected Results:
Non-breaking spaces marks should only be displayed when the Formatting Marks is
toggled on.
