Yes, I reproduce with current 6.4+ in Windows. Copied part needs to include an
image. Image placeholder with link is there, but not the image. 
I don't reproduce in Linux. Image placeholder with link is there, but not the
image. 
If I paste to MS Word, it doesn't ask (no repro). Grey image placeholder is
there, but I also don't see the image.
