Description:
When I use LibreOffice 6.3.1.2 in Spanish, I find that the translation into
Spanish is missing in the list of options in the Format Brand submenu.
Error Path: Insert Menu> Format Mark> (all options).
This error affects all applications in LO 6.3.1, Spanish Versión (Writer, Calc,
Impress, Draw).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice 6.3.1.2
2. Insert Menu
3. Format Mark

Actual Results:
1. Open LibreOffice 6.3.1.2
2. Insert Menu
3. Format Mark
There are the translation errors. All options appear in English when they
should appear in Spanish.

Expected Results:
All options should be translated into Spanish.
