The spacing of embedded XLSX OLE object in the attached DOCX file becomes
larger when the DOCX document is opened in LibreOffice 6.4.0.0.alpha0+.

Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open the attached DOCX document
    2. Click on the embedded XLSX spreadsheet to open it for editing (initially
you see a cached image from Word!)
    3. Notice that in Writer there is extra spacing in the first row between
the border and the text.

Actual Results:
There is extra spacing in the first row and the last row is not visible.
