Description:
Wehn a writer document is exported as a digitally signed hybrid PDF,
Opening it from writer will instead open it using Draw

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create writer document, file -> export as -> export as PDF
2.Tick "hybrid PDF (embed ODF file)"
3.From digital signature tab, select a signature and click export
4.Open the PDF in Writer

Actual Results:
The PDF opens in Drae, cannot edit comfortably

Expected Results:
PDF opensin Writer and can be edited normally, same as when no digital
signature is embedded
