The "pushpins" enhancement would be very helpful to me, whereas merely
expanding the "recent files" list would not be as beneficial.
I have some files that I need to access and update on a monthly basis.
In the meantime, I may have opened more than 40-50 other files that I only
needed to work with one time.

Thus, the recent files is nice, but being able to quickly open the files that I
have to use on a regular (but not daily or weekly) basis is more important to
me.
