DRAW: Inconsistancy of Linewidth selection between 'Line an Filling' Toolbar
(shows mm, in steps of 0.5 mm (!)) and the Properties (Line>Width) panel (shows
range of selections in points).
Both should be the same. Either in mm (and there ought to be a range?) or in
points.
Although we work in metric, linewidth in points would also be OK.

Standard metric pensizes (line width) in mm are:
0.18, 0.25, 0.35, 0.5, 0.7, 1.0 mm

Note: This may be the same problem as was (tried to) report in Bug ID 106231
