Contrary to comment 39, there was no bug before. I double-checked it with
linux-64-7.0 repo.

Now the regression has changed with
https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/a63caf49958b40e33e0d7aaedbe6424f78ecdc46
to the one described by Horst in comment 40. I bibisected it with linux-64-7.2.
