Description:
Opening file, close. open next file I get 2nd  - 3rd menue bar, but only one of
them is active. OpenGL on/off doesn't make difference.
Starting in secure mode fixes the bug. But did not find the problem

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open File
2.Close File
3.(Re-)open file
4.Close file

Actual Results:
2. adds 2nd menue-line
3. adds 3rd menue-line

Expected Results:
keep one menue-line


Reproducible: Sometimes


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes
