This is a nice, clean issue that is basically a duplicate of bug 34133. Before
implementing a "compress all images" option it would be good to fix some of the
worst compression bug situations - so that a user doesn't unknowingly mess up
an image that he isn't visually working on. Also, make sure that a compress-all
function checks to make sure that it is actually compressing and not enlarging,
since "compression" seems to be actually implemented as "resizing".  For
example, a simple low DPI image compressed to 300dpi would enlarge the image
actually.
