AFAK, non breaking space (ctrl+shift+space) in LO is Unicode U+00A0. So it's
different from hard space and NOTABUG.

Regarding to the wikipedia article, hard space is in most cases the same as non
breaking space. So I don't understand the problem

So it seems, that LO has normal non breaking space. For other signs like narrow
non breaking space (U+202F) you have to use the unicode. See also overview in
https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leerzeichen (I only culd find it in German)
