Two pages with numbered lines, for testing scrolling

Set zoom to 100% and scroll to the top of the page. Then scroll one mouse wheel
click at a time. Do the same in print preview, ensuring the view is set to
single page.

On my system, the first mouse wheel increment will bring the top edge of the
page to the top of the view port, eliminating the gray background. The next
increment will take the top to line 1, then 3, 5, etc.

Switching to page preview, each mouse wheel increment will scroll about half
way down the page, a 15x difference.
