The are "special" Windows shell folders receiving library handling.  To access
in Windows Explorer you need to enter the full path exactly in the navigation
bar, E.g.

C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations

the same for the CustomDestinations folder (where some programs record a
specific AppID).
