in vcl/unx/gtk3/gtk3gtkframe.cxx:GtkSalFrame::signalStyleUpdated try commenting
out the...
GtkSalFrame::getDisplay()->SendInternalEvent( pThis, nullptr,
SalEvent::FontChanged );
line and see if that makes a difference.
