I found the error: It was the hyphenation.
(I submitted the bug of ugly hyphenation half a year ago but there was no
solution) 

In the standard german version the hyphenation did not work correct. 
And this causes 268 pages instead of 260 (when the pages are full),
the portable version worked correct, the standard version not. 
Now I reinstalled hyphenation and it works similar for both versions. 
Therefore I cannot reproduce now by myself. 

I think it can be closed.
