Description:
Text on page 2 is missing (empty) after DOCX export

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. Look at page 2

Actual Results:
Page 2 is empty

Expected Results:
Previously "Technical Manual" would be exported. So that's what I would expect

Weighing Indicator is a much older issue. The text isn't even showing in 4.2
with ODT (co-incidence?)
