Let's keep this in bug 136072 (I still disagree)

Looks good, +1 (remember that it might need more vertical space)
(Would make this the actual topic here and file other tickets for the remaining
stuff that requires coding to fix.)

I'm a bit split. These promote/demote functions are available on the Navigator
and while this is on a different deck it's also another workflow to move the
chapters around. So -0.25 to these. 

Consistency in color pickers would be nice. So +1 here.
