The test document

We use a Microsoft Office created template where we have a fixed footer.
If we use this template in LibreOffice we notified when adding text that spans
more than one page, the logo in the footer partly disappears. Whatever we do,
it stays like this.

In Microsoft Office using the vertical ruler resolves this problem, when using
this in LibreOffice we see different behavior.

I added our test document and two screenshots, one depicting how Microsoft
Office neatly solves this issue, the other how LibreOffice messes it up.

I 'm not really sure if this is a bug in the behavior of the ruler, or if this
is a specific docx bug..
