Example document I tested with

When I have a .docx file that includes cross references to numbered paragraphs,
and those numbers referred to end with a period, this period is included in the
cross reference. This was not the case when I was using LibreOffice < 7 and
this is also not how it works in Word, where this period is not included.
Please find attached the document and a screenshot below with this document
opened both in LibreOffice 7.0.1.2. and Word (16.41).
