Example file from Excel

Attached example file contains a pie chart and its data labels are formatted
with Outside placement.
The labels for the first and fifth points are too close (closer than the
others) to the pie, making them a bit difficult to read.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file

Actual results:
Long data label 1 and 5 are closer than the rest to the chart.

Expected results:
More distance from the pie, similarly to the other labels and Excel rendering.
