Description:
When I draw a circle using the 'unfilled circle' tool, I get a blue disc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select the 'unfilled circle' tool and draw a circle.

Actual Results:
A blue disc appears.

Expected Results:
A transparent circle should have appeared.


Reproducible: Always
