Abug in OpenOffice called Bug 112822. The bug description states that if you
have a comment on your document, and then insert text to the right of it, it
will push the comment off screen. This is an issue because comments are usually
placed at the end of documents or paragraphs for people to read through what
other users wrote and provide https://topcvwritersuk.com/topcv-review/ feedback
(or do any number of other things). Comments can also be used as reminders so
that when you go back to edit this document again later on, you remember what
you were thinking when writing it originally. For these reasons, having
comments pushed off screen could confuse readers who might not realize there
was more content below their line of sight.
