            Bug ID: 143823
Summary: Invalid audio file format when trying to add a custom
                    transition sound
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 7.1.5.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: arnaubarcelona at gmail.com

Description:
Every time I try to add a custom transition sound, Impress gets an error saying
it has an invalid format. It happens with all kind of files (wav, mp3 or ogg)
and named with just regular letters (no special characters).
Surprisingly, those same files can be played if inserted in the slide to be
played when clicked.
Package libreoffice-avmedia-backend-gstreamer is correctly installed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Slide
2.Transitions between slides
3. Sound
4. Another sound

Actual Results:
Error: Invalid file format

Expected Results:
Add sound.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
This error does not happen when libreoffice is run in safe-mode.
