The misalignment was not nearly as big in earlier versions. The latest commit
in Linux 50max bibisect repo has the upwards shifting much smaller compared
with the oldest of 6.3 repo. It would be interesting, if someone bibisected it.
I won't still call this a regression as there has always been a shift, however
small.

Clear steps:

1. Open Impress
2. Add a second slide and write something to the bullet
3. Format - Bullets and numbering
4. Pick arrow from Bullets tab
5. In Customize tab, set Relative size to 150% and click OK
