Example file from Word with tracked character formatting changes

This is split off from bug 50447
When a change tracked formatting change Is made in Word, Word displays the
contents of that formatting on the Annotations bar on the right or on the left
Revisions pane.
Writer has no similar UI element that displays the tracked changes in text,
this is problematic for A11Y as well as UX.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document in Word and Writer
    2. Looking at the document and UI, try to understand which formatting
changes were applied.

Actual results:
Word shows for the first paragraph a balloon that says Font: bold
For the second and third another balloon says Font: 16 pt, italic

There is nothing like this in Writer.

Expected results:
Manage changes dialog / Annotations side bar could show (optionally!) comments
that are auto-generated on creating tracked formatting changes / on importing
such from docx.
Or something-anything like that. Adding needsUXEval.
