[Libreoffice-bugs] [Bug 139296] scrolling document canvas down & up can cause a line of text to "tear" with loss of registration, it clears when the line moves out of view far enough or view passes to a new page

I did not notice any text tearing with the document you attached either;
however, your document is in read mode only. I wonder if that is significant
because if it is only related to documents being edited.... Also, your document
is just over one page in length, and I have only noticed this issue when the
documents are at least three pages in length.
