LibreOffice-7.1.0-Linux_x86-64_rpm.tar.gz

As of version 7.1 (maybe 7.0) when you press Ctrl and mouse hover over a line
in the table of contents, the mouse cursor does not change.  This is confusing.
 Would you please restore this feature?
