Description:
The .docx import filter insert text that Microsoft Word do not display. 

See in particular the attached .docx file and the attached image file showing
the bug.

LibreOffice Writer puts a "1" after the table of contents that Microsoft Word
do not display

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached .docx file

Actual Results:
After the table of contents, there is a "1."

Expected Results:
That "1." should not be there


Reproducible: Always
