I'm not sure why this bug has not been assigned to anyone because it is most
irritating and something that would turn potential users off to continued use
of the LibreOffice product suite.

At any rate, the issue with the tearing text still persists. Originally, I
found that doing a reload would solve the issue, but that would bring you back
up to the top of the document, which is not ideal because you might not
remember exactly where you were in the document before resorting to that
reload.

The next alternative is to scroll the page up or down until the infected area
is out of view, then scroll back. Considering how often this problem occurs,
this is also not an ideal solution.

Finally, I found another, more practical band aid, which is to click on the
Toggle Automatic Spell Checking button. That eliminates the problem, at least,
until the next time moments later. I just found that another approach that
works is clicking on the button right next to it, the Toggle Formatting Marks.

So, hopefully that brings everyone up to speed on this. Someone, please fix
this. One person said it also happened with the touchpad and arrow keys, but I
have only had it happen when using my mouse.
