My point: toolbar has border color picker.. and fill picker (not working as
expected in this case.. but that's a different bug). 

So border color picker which also applies to text box borders, without the
ability to set a border seems incomplete too me

Aside from this doesn't match Writer behavior.. Which I perceive as 'better'.
