In the instructions it clearly states to go to the Options tab.  There is no
such thing.

This is indicative of the documentation problem.  Without clear and accurate
documentation, the user is left to wonder if they are having a problem with a
feature, a missing feature or a bug.  This is clearly part of the issue here.
