I tried to reproduce the issue, but couldn't. Could you please follow me and
see if I get you:

1- you had OLD VALUES in the form.
2- changed those values into NEW VALUES
3- revisited the dialogue and noticed that LO kept the OLD VALUES

Is this right?

So I:
1- went to Tools (not Extras; I have another LO version) -> Options -> Writer
-> Mail Merge E-mail], put values there, apply, save and exit
2- then went back to this again and change those values and put NEW VALUES,
apply, save and exit
3- revisited the dialogue and noticed that LO kept the NEW VALUES (Not the OLD
ones).

Please let me know if I understood you.
