Err:522 comes with circular references.

'Formula refers directly or indirectly to itself and the Iterations option is
not set under Tools - Options - LibreOffice Calc - Calculate.'

You need to review your formulas to find why it happens.
Maybe Menu/Tools/Detective/Trace errors, can help.
