Agreed, this was not a very good use of my time but as I was making a web
version of a PDF document that I didn't have the source file for, this seemed
like the easiest approach at the time. In hindsight, I shouldn't be making a
web version of a city document when nobody asked for it and the public comment
period was only a week away. If I were making a web document from scratch I
would definitely stick to Markdown conversion.
