Seems you are mixing Styles and DF (setting paragraph indent via the default
TAB stops at 1.25cm). 

Use Styles as intended and add the additional sytles you need to use for page 4
onward, adjusting each style from the Paragraph Style dialog 'Indents and
Spacing' tab.

You can also stay with Direct Formatting, but you probably would need to adjust
the global tab stop from 1.25cm (.49") to the 1.00cm you'd like--done from
Tools -> Options -> LO Writer -> General in the 'Tab stops' field.

But adding (clone & modify existing) the additional Paragraph Styles will give
you the layout control you need--and will behave better round trip from native
ODF to OOXML of .docx
